Job Summary:
The IOS Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices and components within a manufacturing or production environment. This role ensures all repaired units meet quality standards and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and diagnose defective electronic devices or components
- Perform repairs on IOS devices (such as smartphones, tablets, or related equipment)
- Replace faulty parts, including screens, batteries, connectors, and circuit components
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and test results
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to improve processes
- Ensure workstations are clean and organized (5S standards)
