Location: Phoenix, AZ (TSMC Project Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $35.00 per hour

Job Description

A construction subcontractor supporting work at the TSMC semiconductor plant is seeking experienced Journeyman Concrete Laborers to join their team immediately. This is a great opportunity for skilled concrete professionals looking to work on a large-scale industrial construction project while earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete forming, pouring, placement, and finishing
• Set forms and prepare work areas for concrete installation
• Perform concrete patching, leveling, and surface preparation
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Transport and stage materials as needed
• Follow project specifications and supervisor direction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level concrete construction experience required
• Experience with commercial or industrial concrete projects preferred
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Start times vary based on project needs
• Shifts may begin as early as 3:00 AM and as late as 9:00 AM
