About the Opportunity:

• Operate and monitor tools used in the production of MCP (Multi-Chip Packages).
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE (e.g., bunny suit).
• Maintain product quality by performing visual inspections and following documented procedures.
• Identify and address non-conforming parts according to established guidelines.
• Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Set up machines, operate them efficiently, and perform minor preventive maintenance.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and manufacturing equipment for product assembly.
• Accurately input and manage product movement data using electronic systems.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and technical drawings to ensure precision and compliance.
• Work consistently within a cleanroom environment, ensuring contamination control.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
• 4+ years of experience with quality inspection or precision assembly

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate Degree.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
• Have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Have good problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• Be able to clearly read and write in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as needed

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift arms to shoulder height to load the tool
• Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks
