Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Participate in professional development and training programs.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

• Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Educate patients and families on care procedures.

• Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.

• Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arizona with ICU experience preferred.

• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

• Proven ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions effectively.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.

• Experience in administering medications and treatments in ICU settings.

• Experience in documenting patient progress and outcomes accurately.

• Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
