We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the execution of our internal and external communications strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with a proactive mindset. You will play a vital role in ensuring consistent messaging and coordination across departments and client channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and memos
Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns and media outreach
Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on messaging and tone
Draft and edit content for corporate announcements and stakeholder updates
Maintain and update company documentation and communication databases
Monitor communication performance and prepare reports on effectiveness
Support event planning and public relations initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or writing-based role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content editing tools
