Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a National Account Executive. The National Account Executive at Kustom is tasked with managing and expanding our portfolio of national accounts. The role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and active participation in industry-specific groups to promote Kustom’s services. A proactive approach is required to identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Role Responsibilities:
Account Management and Development:
- Manage and grow national accounts, focusing on corporate clients and larger business segments.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute detailed account plans, identifying client needs and key decision-makers.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Convert prospects into revenue-generating clients and increase wallet share in existing accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Territory Account Executives on accounts with localized procurement processes.
Industry Engagement:
- Participate in industry groups and associations, attend events and conferences to network and promote Kustom.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Present strategic account plans monthly, aligning with company goals.
Market Analysis:
- Continuously monitor market trends and client needs for new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and national account management.
- Understanding of corporate procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated engagement with industry groups and effectiveness in professional settings.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally.
