We’re currently seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of real-world projects alongside experienced consultants, gaining exposure to both software development and strategic technology planning.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business requirements and assist in solution research and planning.
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical support to clients and address inquiries effectively.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java , Python , and other modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and related technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure .
• Must be located in Phoenix, Arizona.
