Landscape Estimator (Phoenix)
Landscape Estimator – Enhancements Division
Location: Phoenix, AZ
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our growing Enhancements Division in the Phoenix area. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Director of Enhancements and will play a key part in supporting and helping run the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage enhancement projects from pre-construction through startup
- Develop accurate labor and material cost estimates
- Review plans, layouts, and designs to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Conduct onsite meetings to support smooth project kickoff
- Follow up on proposals and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Manage purchasing and purchase orders (POs)
- Track project progress, including pre-construction documentation and photos
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in landscape construction and installation
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and plant materials
- Experience with estimating software (Aspire or similar preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Highly organized with strong communication and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license required
