Salary:
Base salary of $55,000 with first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000–$95,000+; second-year earnings ranging from $85,000–$120,000+. Includes aggressive uncapped residual commission, paid monthly, with performance-based base salary increases.

Job Summary:

This role focuses on new business development within the SMB market, utilizing a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, optimize operational processes, and deliver customized solutions to executive-level decision-makers. Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the small-to-medium business (SMB) market
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level and senior executives (CEO, CFO, VP)
• Analyze client operations and recommend tailored solutions to improve efficiency and save time
• Present and position technology and automation solutions aligned with client goals
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to deal execution
• Continuously build product knowledge and refine sales strategies through training and coaching
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining a competitive drive to exceed performance goals
