Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Servers to help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our golf guests, event attendees, and clubhouse visitors. As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will provide attentive service, promote a positive environment, and help maintain high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously, present menu options, and explain daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Handle guest checks and payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Support teamwork during high-volume periods

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled and motivated Cook to prepare high-quality menu items for our clubhouse restaurant and events. Responsible for food prep, safe food handling, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation in a busy golf-course environment serving golfers, members, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with receiving deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep and kitchen areas
• Assist with plating and timely delivery of dishes to service staff
• Follow all food safety and health code procedures

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team setting
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and busy events

Design & Layout: The championship course was designed by Greg Nash and opened in 2003. It’s a par-72 layout with about 6,900 yards from the back tees and a slope rating around 125 — making it a balanced challenge for a wide range of skill levels.

Setting: You’ll find panoramic desert scenery with views of the White Tank and Estrella Mountains, plus fairways that weave around natural desert washes and two water holes.
