QA Software Tester - Entry Level

- Previous professional QA experience is not required for all positions

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, IT, or a related area preferred.
- Recent graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, test cases, and defect reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Manual Testing concepts.
- Exposure to Jira, SQL, API Testing, or Automation Testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to complete a technical readiness assessment.
- Candidates who require additional technical preparation may be offered an optional paid QA Training & Placement Support Program before being considered job-ready for certain employer opportunities.
