Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive modernization initiatives by identifying opportunities for simplification and enhanced risk decisioning.

Rate Range: $46/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Identify and drive modernization opportunities, including simplification, consolidation, and performance improvements.

• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for risk and authorization features.

• Collaborate with Risk Technology, Network teams, and Enterprise Architecture to shape long-term platform capabilities.

• Lead migration planning, including dependency assessment, sequencing, and operational readiness.

• Manage execution through Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and release planning across multiple migration phases.

• Coordinate functional testing, performance validation, and end-to-end readiness assessments to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in payments, risk systems, or platform modernization.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with complex dependencies and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong experience in Agile development environments and a data-driven mindset for defining KPIs and driving decisions.

Pay Details: $46.00 to $48.00 per hour
