Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting in Tucson, AZ, with a minimum of 1 year of experience and a broad ortho caseload.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• High volume caseload of 12-13 visits per day with an active patient caseload of 25-30
• Orthopedic case mix includes Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-op back and rotator cuff care, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, fractures and stress fractures, generalized low back pain, headaches, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacement
• EMR: NextGen

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required; new graduates will not be considered
• Outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred given the caseload
• Active PT license required if applicable
• Experience with NextGen EMR preferred

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include case management and fall risk assessments in addition to standard PT evaluation and treatment
