Product Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Product Architect for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate must have strong functional and development expertise in Teamcenter with hands‑on implementation experience across Product Configurator, Easy Plan, SLM, and SAP integration, a critical qualification for this architect role.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Architect job responsibilities include:

• Designing scalable backend functionality using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka to support high‑performance application workflows.

• Developing automated tests with JUnits and Mockito to enhance code coverage and ensure defect‑free releases.

• Troubleshooting production and testing issues to maintain application reliability and meet performance targets.

• Coordinating with product owners to prioritize sprint items and align technical tasks with evolving project needs.

• Enhancing cloud‑ready architectures using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools to support continuous delivery.

• Supporting CI/CD workflows through Git, Maven/Gradle, and automation pipelines to streamline development processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience aligned with large‑scale Java backend development.

• Hands‑on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and automated testing frameworks such as JUnits and Mockito.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and support cloud‑native deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and related DevOps tools.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
