Outlet Sales Manager
- Sales generation and prospecting
- Administering sales agreements, detailing food and beverage, billing and final review.
- Client relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide consistent follow up and personalized communication to ensure an exceptional guest journey.
- Contracting and Coordination
- Responsible for smooth execution of all events.
- Contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event.
- Operational collaboration
- Work closely with the Director of Events, Director of Food and Beverage and Sales/ Marketing teams
- Community and brand engagement
- Represent the resort in the local community through networking, partnerships and outreach.
- Maintain a visible presence in the resort and surrounding market to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or catering/event management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with sales and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar systems).
