Accountabilities

• Direct new business pitches and strategic client presentations with a focus on effective storytelling.
• Create executive-ready pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with Sales and Program Management.
• Drive bespoke sales enablement for priority accounts through customized marketing strategies.
• Identify high-value accounts and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales Leadership.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in sales-aligned growth marketing or similar leadership roles.
• Proven track record of owning revenue-driving initiatives impacting pipeline quality and win rates.
• Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic prioritization of target accounts.
• Expertise in narrative development and pitch theatre execution.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Data-informed decision-making with an AI-first mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
