Golf Member Billing Coordinator
The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. We are currently looking to fill the position for Golf Member Billing Coordinator.
- Top notch communication.
- Very well organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Duties:
- Monthly sending of statements for members.
- Collection and payment posting in Accounts receivable.
- Manual monthly posting of credit card auto pay program for members.
- Input and post yearly pre-payment of member dues and fees.
- Create/Discontinue members in Hilton accounting systems.
- Answer via phone and email billing related questions/concerns from members.
- Post any and all member/banquet events.
Knowledge of OnQ pms preferred.
