Your New Role

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner

• Schedule HVAC service appointments and manage the daily dispatch board

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient routing and minimal drive time

• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and internal team members

• Handle scheduling changes and service updates throughout the day

• Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Learn service areas, zip codes, and routing to improve scheduling efficiency

• Maintain accurate records and keep operations organized

• Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
