Cold Caller - Real Estate Campaign
Remote | US Business Hours | Full-Time | Long-Term
$4-$6 Starting rate + uncapped commissions. No cap. No ceiling. Just performance.
We're a real estate acquisitions company and we need a dedicated full-time caller — someone who treats this like a business, not just a billing contract. You'll call licensed Real Estate Agents (not homeowners) to find off-market deals and build deal flow for our team.
If you're tired of outreach roles that pay flat rates with no upside, this is different. The commissions here are real and paid on every deal that closes from your leads.
* 60–100 outbound calls/day to real estate agents (lists are ready — you call)
* Qualify agents, build relationships that close deals
* Log everything in GoHighLevel CRM — accurate notes, follow-ups, pipeline management
* Clear, professional English — US agents need to understand and trust you from call one
* Real outbound calling experience — B2B, real estate, or appointment setting
* Your own quiet workspace with stable internet and a noise-canceling headset
* Consistency — 60–100 dials is a daily standard, not a stretch goal
* $4-$6 Starting rate (depending on performance and experience)
