Accounts Payable LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Phoenix who is in search of an Accounts Payable processor to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and requires you to be fully onsite. The hourly rate is between 25/.hr-29/hr DOE.
This fully onsite role is ideal for an experienced AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process 100+ invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in accordance with company policy
- Utilize ERP systems to enter and track AP transactions
- Assist with month-end close processes and reporting as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Experience processing 100+ invoices per day in a high-volume environment
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
