Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 annually + Bonus Potential

About the Opportunity:
We are a well-established CPA firm in business almost 100 years and over 350 employees strong. We are actively interviewing for a highly experienced Tax Manager (Generalist) . Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tax planning and compliance for a variety of industries, individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships.
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex tax strategies and wealth transfer planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Review and prepare federal and state tax filings related to estates and trusts.
- Monitor and interpret changes in tax laws affecting estate and partnership taxation.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a CPA .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate taxation, partnership taxation, or working with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong technical expertise and excellent client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
