- Housekeeping : Performing laundry, washing dishes, and vacuuming
- Meal preparation : Preparing and serving meals, taking into account dietary needs and preferences
- Reporting changes : Reporting any changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance to a supervisor or case coordinator
- Companionship : Providing general companionship Activities : Identifying activities that would appeal to the patients and ensuring that they are suitably stimulated
- Documentation : Documenting the services delivered to clients
- Personal care : Assisting with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
