Under general supervision, this role performs a broad range of accounting functions in support of servicing client collections.

Key duties include:  

• Reviewing client invoices and payments; 
• Investigate reason for unpaid balances;
• Researching and resolving invoicing problems internally as well as with carriers.  
• Communicates with internal and external clients to acquire and/or convey information.  
• Daily interactions with clients via phone to resolve accounting inquiries.

Required:

• High School diploma and 2 years' accounting experience.  
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.  
• Great organizational skills and high attention to detail.  
• Analytical skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer service experience.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
