Oncology Associate Territory Manager - Phoenix
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the oncology sector within the Arizona territory.
- Promote and sell oncology products and solutions to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers to facilitate effective use of BDâs oncology solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent BD and promote product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Essential Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A clean 3-year motor vehicle report.
Desired Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the B2B, medical or pharmaceutical industries.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
