Right at Home of Southern Arizona & Southern Nevada was founded in 2013 and operates office locations in Tucson, Green Valley and Sierra Vista, and in Henderson, NV. Our purpose is to improve quality of life by helping people navigate the aging journey. We help veterans and older adults do the things they love to do so they can live the way they want to live.

We are all working together toward the milestone of serving 1,000 active clients!

Our clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support.

If you have experience being a brand ambassador, consultatively identifying the needs of prospective clients, and helping them see how services and products can make a meaningful difference in their lives—or think you may enjoy doing this type of work—this role will be a great fit!

We are hiring an Inside Sales Manager / Referral Intake Coordinator to lead this important area in our Tucson office.

You'll love coming to work every day as the Inside Sales Manager / Referral Intake Coordinator if you GET, WANT and have the CAPACITY to do the following things:

  • Promote the Right at Home brand and core focus of helping people navigate the aging journey while remaining independently at home.
  • Nurture prospective client relationships through phone, email and text communication.
  • Overcome obstacles and demonstrate persistence to connect with every lead from digital or local referral sources and following through to convert each lead into a client.
  • Drive for growth of number of clients, service hours provided and revenue. Find a way to create opportunity and accelerate growth every day.

You'll have success as the Inside Sales Manager / Referral Intake Coordinator if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Follow a clear inside sales / referral intake process and focus urgently on results, closing on the phone most of the time.
  • Spend most of your work day utilizing the telephone, email and CRM software to develop and follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy for prospective clients or family members as you help them identify needs and connect those needs with solutions provided through Right at Home services.
  • Coordinate your work with outside sales, marketing and client experience teams to ensure the most effective inside sales effort and new client onboarding process.
  • Manage the company's participation in contracted referral programs and partnerships.

We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team contributes to our success. In this role you will be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • 100% lead follow-up on an immediate basis.
  • 60% inquiry to client conversion rate.
  • 90% in-person assessment to conversion rate.
  • 100% credentialing compliance with contracted referral programs.

If you have earned a bachelor's degree and are willing to spend at least 45-50 hours per week working learning and hitting these numbers consistently, you will be recognized and rewarded for the value you create for our team, clients and employees. This includes sharing responsibility for responding to after-hours prospective client inquiries (nights, weekends, holidays) on a rotational basis with other members of the team.
