OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN AND SCRIBE POSITIONS OPEN IN GROWING OPHTHALMOLOGY PRACTICE

We are adding new providers and are looking for OPHTHALMIC TECHS AND SCRIBES to work in our Tucson and/or Green Valley offices. Medical experience preferred but we are willing to train. MA’s welcome to apply.

We are a well-established practice with 5 providers and 3 locations on Speedway/Wilmot, Houghton/ Drexel and Green Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for a long-term career in ophthalmology with potential for education and growth.

SCRIBE recommendations and duties:

• Ophthalmology or medical experience
• Demonstrate reliability through work history
• Exceptional patient relation skills
• High school diploma or GED certificate a must
• Dependable transportation as some travel is required
• Able to pass full background checks
• Spanish speaking helpful but not required
• We are an E-Verify Employer
• EMR experience a huge plus

TECH recommendations and duties:

• All duties listed under Scribe plus the following.
• Minimum 1 year ophthalmology experience
• Taking patient history and vision
• Refractometry and tonometry
• Visual fields and OCT
• Contact lenses
• IOL Master and biometry
