Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer - Remote | WFH

Your Role:
As a key player in our organization, you'll have the opportunity to guide prospective borrowers through our loan programs, answering their questions, ensuring a strong fit, and explaining the closing process. You'll leverage our proprietary software and work closely with clients over the phone, text, and email. Your role will involve advising clients, driving loan progress, and helping borrowers close successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and clearly communicate the value proposition, products, and process
Take a consultative approach to drive sales and provide personalized solutions
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals (with a target origination volume of $5MM+ per month)
Build and nurture long-term relationships with borrowers to encourage repeat business
Engage with borrowers via phone, email, and SMS, offering support at all stages of the loan process
Be flexible with your schedule to accommodate clients' needs, including being available after 5 PM
Attend quarterly meetings at our office and complete onboarding training within your first week

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of successful experience as a loan originator or loan officer in commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate
Highly motivated with a strong drive for success
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver an outstanding client experience
A book of business is a plus
