Pay Rate: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 gross per week
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: flexible days and hours ( 8 or 10 or shifts)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Hospital experience required
- 2 years
- 1 year of residency
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS
REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy
- PharmD preferred; 1-year residency
- 2 yrs exp/ Tech OPs Lead
- Five years professional experience with two years of management experience
LICENSURE REQUIREMENT
- AZ license preferred
