Relationship Manager / Senior Tax Manager

Location: Scottsdale AZ – Small CPA Firm, Hybrid potential for right person

A unique opportunity is available with a small CPA firm of approximately 10 professionals seeking a Relationship Manager / Senior Tax Manager .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships while still remaining involved in tax work.

Compensation

• Salary: $115K – $125K DOE

• Bonus: Average $30K–$40K annually

• No cap on bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients

• Collaborate with partners and tax team

Qualifications

• Public accounting tax experience

• Strong client communication skills

• Experience managing client relationships preferred

• CPA preferred / EA accepted
