About the Role:

Our team regularly strategizes together on every case, but the most severe and complex cases require a dedicated legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, strategic environment and is eager to tackle complex cases. This role is ideal for someone with a background in criminal prosecution or defense who is looking to broaden their litigation skills in personal injury law in a supportive, team-based environment. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Learn complex personal injury cases involving MVA, soft tissue damage, Dog bites, slip/falls, and broken bones.
• Learn to develop case strategies through in-depth legal research, witness interviews, and expert consultations.
• Work side-by-side with other experienced Personal Injury Attorney’s on case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy.
• Conduct legal analysis and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout their case.
• Collaborate with a dedicated legal team to ensure each case is meticulously prepared and the opposition is outworked and out-prepared.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates must hold a current license to practice law in Arizona.

• 1–3 years of experience in prosecution or defense, personal injury or medical malpractice.
• A deep commitment to fighting for individuals who have suffered severe and life-changing injuries.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills with an ability to construct compelling legal arguments.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence in every case.
• The ability to handle high-pressure, high-stakes cases with skill and tenacity.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of a highly experienced trial attorney.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying legal strategies, expert witnesses, and case-building techniques.

Things You’ve Done in the Past

• Experience in pre-litigation and courtroom litigation, including hearings and motion practice.
• Familiarity with Arizona court procedures and legal standards.
• Desire to grow into a broader litigation role with mentorship and support.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote collaboration.
