As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, you will lead client engagements by combining structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution oversight to help clients move from strategy to implementation. This role offers the opportunity to manage workstreams, coach junior practitioners, and support complex transformation initiatives across business priorities.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading client workstreams focused on strategy development, operating model design, business transformation, or growth initiatives
  • Managing qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify issues, evaluate options, and develop recommendations for client stakeholders
  • Developing and reviewing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, meeting materials, implementation plans, and executive updates
  • Overseeing day-to-day execution across project teams by managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination
  • Coaching junior team members and contributing to internal practice development through proposal support, knowledge capture, and reusable assets

    Deloitte's Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team works with clients to address enterprise priorities that require strategic thinking, operational change, and disciplined execution. The team supports organizations as they evaluate opportunities, improve performance, and implement transformation initiatives across functions and business units. Practitioners work closely with client leaders to translate ideas into practical actions and measurable results.

    Qualifications

    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operating model design, or program management
    • Experience leading workstreams and developing presentations, analyses, and written deliverables for client or executive audiences
    • Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative business information
    • Experience managing project plans, milestones, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination
    • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
    • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
    Preferred:
    • 2+ years of experience supporting growth strategy, enterprise transformation, or organizational change initiatives
    • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, or requirements gathering
    • Experience with financial analysis, business case development, or performance metrics
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders in cross-functional environments
    • Experience supporting proposal development or internal practice initiatives
    • Master of Business Administration
    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.     You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
