Veterinary Technician – Concierge Practice
Tubac, AZ (south of Tucson)

We’re a small, high-touch concierge veterinary practice in Tubac looking for a Veterinary Technician who loves great medicine, meaningful client relationships, and being part of a team that actually feels like a team.

We slow things down on purpose. Longer appointments, thoughtful care, and real connections with our clients and patients. If you’re tired of rushing, being short-staffed, or feeling unheard—this will feel different.

What You’ll Do
• Provide excellent nursing care and patient advocacy
• Assist with exams, procedures, anesthesia, and treatments
• Use your tech skills fully and confidently
• Educate clients in a calm, clear, and compassionate way
• Work closely with the team to create a great experience—for everyone

What We’re Looking For
• CVT/LVT/RVT (or experienced tech—let’s talk)
• Someone who cares deeply about patients and clients
• A team player who values communication and respect
• Comfortable in a concierge, relationship-based practice
