ISAT Total Support is seeking friendly, ambitious, and hard-working individuals to join our team as full-time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associates. We are looking for dependable candidates who are interested in building a long-term career with our organization.

Qualified applicants must possess a valid driver's license, have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience, and maintain a clean driving record with no tickets or at-fault accidents within the past three (3) years. Candidates must also have no DUI convictions within the past seven (7) years.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As we continue to advance in the dynamic field of construction, we are excited about the prospect of you contributing your skills and expertise to our team. Your role as a full-time delivery driver will play a crucial role in a range of tasks to support the fabrication and welding processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

Work safely:

• Must work safely with all equipment they are authorized to operate.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure you provide a positive customer experience each and every time.
• Treat all customers with respect and provide top notch service to our customers.

Orders:

• Pull orders and deliver to the job sites safely, accurately and on time.

Paperwork:

• Submit all required paperwork in a timely and legible manner.

Invoicing:

• Create and ensure invoicing information is accurate on each ISAT Ticket.

Work Area Maintenance:

• Maintains a clean and orderly work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Adheres to cleanliness standards for tools, equipment, and workspaces.

Independent Work:

• Capable of completing work under minimal or no supervision.
• Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

Perform Other Duties as Assigned:

• The employee might be asked to perform duties not listed in this job description, but which are also considered to be essential to this position.

KEY SKILLS:

• Must be a licensed driver with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and no tickets or accidents within the last 3 years.
• Must have no DUIs within the last 7 years.
• Must be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and someone who works well independently and as a part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Controls and Instrumentation, Equipment Maintenance, Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Quality, Mechanical Inspection Tools, Tooling, Safety Management, Quality Focus, Power Tools, Judgment, Decision Making.

High School degree/GED or equivalent.

3+ years’ experience in delivery driving.

Ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) within the organization.

Basic math and communication skills required.

• M ust be able to pass a background check, drug screen and a physical examination.
