Infrastructure Project Manager
- Direct and manage project teams, including technical leads, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain essential project documents such as Project Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design Documents, Test Plans, and Implementation Plans.
- Produce weekly program status reports and facilitate project status meetings.
- Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project Professional.
- Track and report on project budget and schedule variances.
- Create and maintain SharePoint project sites within the EPM system.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure project schedules, baselines, and estimates are well-maintained.
- Report on project risks, develop risk management plans, and track mitigation efforts.
- Manage ongoing project issues and changes using established processes and templates.
- Ensure timely completion of all activities required for operational readiness.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Request for Proposals (RFP) and ongoing support services.
- Evaluate product and proposal criteria for analysis.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Present projects at Quality Checkpoints and Department-Level Project Reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in Program and Project Management, particularly in technology management.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and protect departmental interests.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Project Office Professional and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project Server (EPM).
- At least four years of experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Server.
- PMP Certification.
