Job Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) experience to join the night shift team in Tuba City, AZ . The ideal nurse provides exceptional, evidence-based care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote healing and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about health management and discharge planning
- Accurately document all nursing interventions in the EMR system
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN License (or Compact License)
- Minimum 1 year of recent MedSurg or Acute Care experience
- Active BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills
