We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to our diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the design and management of public infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for public parks, roads, drainage systems, and other municipal projects.
• Develop detailed grading plans, earthwork volume calculations, staking diagrams, and other technical documents using software such as MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members as needed.
• Oversee site utility design, including drainage systems and other infrastructure components.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform project management duties, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management and client relationship management is preferred.
