Account Management Representative

### About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team! This is a back-office role supporting property management and HOA companies as they onboard with our services. Unlike traditional customer support roles, this position does not involve phone or email communication with customers. Instead, you'll focus on administrative tasks and data processing. You will also assist customers in opening Certificates of Deposit (CDs).

### Key Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
✔ Experience with CAB Account Management
✔ Previous banking experience
✔ FISERV experience (or similar back-end banking software like Oracle or SAP)
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a back-office environment

### What You'll Do
✅ Account Servicing - Perform data entry, account maintenance, documentation, and processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
✅ Operations Support - Handle operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries.
✅ Service & Solutions - Collaborate with business partners and team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Assist in resolving escalated or complex issues.
✅ Technical Expertise - Provide knowledge and troubleshooting assistance for internal and external parties.

### Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

### Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring two days onsite and three days remote each week.
