What You'll Do:
  • Be the Guardian of Safety: Operate and assist autonomous vehicles while ensuring top-notch safety standards.
  • Adapt & Act Fast: Tackle ever-changing environments with quick thinking and a calm demeanor.
  • Tech Whiz: Monitor and report on vehicle operations using software systems, laptops, and smartphones.
  • Customer Hero: Provide excellent service to passengers and the public while showcasing the marvels of self-driving technology.
  • Rescue Ranger: Safely recover driverless vehicles and assist passengers in navigating unexpected situations.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Demonstrated de-escalation skills in safety-critical situations where tensions are high.
  • Crisis management skills/experience
  • A clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience .
  • Comfort with technology and tools like laptops, GSuite, chrome OS
  • Stellar communication skills to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma (bonus points for a degree in applied sciences!).
  • Must be able to type 40+ words per minute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
  • Physical stamina for long hours of sitting.
  • At least 1 year of 911 telecommunications experience or similar
