Pay: $20.00–$35.00/hour + OT + Shift Differentials
Location: Tempe, AZ and Phoenix area
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (Day, Swing, Night)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.

• Maintain logs, repair records, and service documentation.

• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and collaborate with production teams.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial, manufacturing, or production setting.

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with tools, machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, etc..

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Solid work ethic and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Flexibility to work various shifts and handle emergency repairs as needed.
