What Youll Do

As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, youll work closely with the Foreman and your team to complete construction projects. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with installation of irrigation and softscape features
• Preparing and grading sites
• Operating hand tools and light power equipment
• Following directions to ensure high-quality, efficient work
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Supporting the Foreman with materials handling and job progress

What Were Looking For

• Experience: Previous construction or landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team Player: Works well with others and takes direction
• Credentials: Valid drivers license preferred; must comply with E-Verify
• Positive Attitude: Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
