Albatross Reserve is looking for ambitious, goal-driven individuals ready to launch a career in sales with a clear path to management in 2–3 years. This is an opportunity todevelop leadership skills, manage teams, and grow with a high-performing company. No prior sales experience is required - we provide full training and mentorship from top-performing leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with customers face-to-face, delivering customized presentations that solve their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage your assigned territory and multiple accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with a motivated sales team to hit ambitious targets.
- Track leads, interactions, and results to optimize performance.
- Demonstrate initiative and a growth mindset - high performers are promoted quickly into leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ambitious, goal-oriented individuals eager to grow into management.
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions and taking ownership of results.
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required).
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
