Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current and valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for working with children is essential
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Collaborative approach to working with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement tailored interventions and IEP goals to meet student needs
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborate actively with teachers, other therapists, and school staff to support classroom integration and student success
• Communicate progress and recommendations with parents/guardians
• Participate in appropriate meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
