About Us:

Novum Medical Massage is a growing clinic focused on delivering high-quality, results-driven therapeutic care. We are in the process of transitioning into a fully medical-based massage practice, including working with insurance providers, and are seeking a strong leader to help guide that evolution.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Clinic Director / Manager to oversee daily operations and support our transition into a medical massage clinic that accepts insurance. This role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare administration, clinic management, or medical office operations who thrives in a hands-on, leadership-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead the transition to a medical massage model, including insurance integration.
• Manage billing processes, insurance verification, and claims coordination.
• Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
• Improve systems, processes, and patient experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational and administrative needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical office or clinic management required.
• Knowledge of insurance billing, coding, and claims processes strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, or similar field is a plus.
