Customer Experience & Sales Specialist
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to communicate with customers, create estimates, close sales, and coordinate deliveries or pickups.
Pay: $19-$22/hr (DOE)

They provide residential and commercial fencing, including wood, chain link, pipe, and specialty options, and also design and install barns, livestock shelters, and other custom agricultural structures.

Customer Experience & Sales Specialist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )
- Communicate with customers through webforms, social media, phone calls, text messages, walk-ins, and email.
- Create accurate estimates for each customer
- Close sales and meet performance goals
- Schedule deliveries or customer pickups
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions
Customer Experience & Sales Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using email, social media, and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
