Chat Customer Service Representative
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Assist in processing client requests and transactions in a timely manner.
Provide product and service information to clients to enhance their experience.
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience as a Client Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using client management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
