About the Role:
The Digital Media Specialist will play a key role in expanding HireFrontier's online visibility, strengthening employer branding, and increasing candidate and client engagement across digital channels. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that effectively promote our staffing services, recruitment solutions, employer partnerships, and career opportunities to diverse audiences.
Working closely with recruiters, talent acquisition teams, business development professionals, and leadership, the Digital Media Specialist will create compelling digital content that attracts qualified candidates, enhances client relationships, and supports recruitment initiatives. By utilizing data analytics, audience insights, SEO strategies, and emerging digital marketing trends, this role will continuously improve campaign performance, increase brand awareness, and generate high-quality candidate leads across multiple platforms. This position plays an essential role in supporting the company's growth by delivering innovative digital marketing strategies that strengthen HireFrontier's competitive presence within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience managing digital marketing or digital media campaigns, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, human resources, employment services, or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), digital analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative platforms.
Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, recruitment technology, and HR software.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or related marketing disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support recruitment objectives, employer branding, and business growth.
Create, edit, and manage engaging content for company websites, job boards, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.
Partner with recruiters and talent acquisition teams to promote job openings, hiring campaigns, recruitment events, and client success stories.
Monitor campaign performance using digital analytics tools and generate actionable insights to improve engagement, lead generation, candidate attraction, and conversion rates.
Ensure all digital content aligns with company branding, messaging standards, and recruitment marketing objectives.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital technologies to continuously improve marketing performance and audience engagement.
Support employer branding initiatives that position HireFrontier as an employer and staffing partner of choice.
Assist with content planning, campaign scheduling, and digital asset management while maintaining consistency across all online platforms.
