NOW HIRING: Administrative Assistant
Location: East Phoenix
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in East Phoenix! This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable working with data.
Data entry will be the bulk of this position, so speed and accuracy are extremely important.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume data entry
Maintain and update information in company databases
Use spreadsheets (Excel or similar programs) for tracking and reporting
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entered data
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Strong data entry skills (major focus of the role)
Must be computer savvy and comfortable navigating systems
Experience using spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and organization
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
