  • Skills needed include NextGeneration Case Management and Fall Risk Assessment
  • Responsibilities include non-surgical intervention for conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Low Back Pain, and others listed in the description
  • The caseload typically involves 12-13 visits per day with an active patient caseload of 25-30 patients
  • Dress code is business casual
  • Candidates should have experience with orthopedic conditions and post-operative care for rotator cuff and total joint replacement cases
