Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent / QA/QC Manager to oversee field operations while ensuring all construction activities meet established quality standards. This dual-role position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and in compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to plans and specifications
• Implement and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) programs
• Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation to verify compliance with project requirements
• Identify and resolve quality issues and non-conformance items
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and inspection logs
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of safety on-site
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates

Qualifications:

• Minimum [X] years of experience in construction supervision and/or QA/QC roles
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Experience with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and reporting systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [specific industry: commercial, civil, industrial, etc.]
• Certifications such as CQM, PMP, or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
