Blending Operator - Food & Nutraceutical Manufacturing

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced **Blending Room Operator** to join our solid dose manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate ergonomic and modern blending and processing equipment in our climate-controlled, GMP-certified facility. What You'll Do

• Operate ergonomic and modern blending/ processing equipment including IBC mixers, mills, and material handling systems in a GMP and cross-contamination environment and control systems
• Process pharmaceutical-grade powder ingredients following strict GMP protocols
• Execute granulation, milling, and sifting operations for premium quality supplements
• Maintain detailed batch records and ensure compliance with FDA regulations
• Collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product excellence

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in food, pharmaceutical, or supplement manufacturing
• Understanding of GMP requirements and FDA regulations
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
